These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Screenshot Explainer application ("the App") operated by Winners Media Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Screenshot Explainer uses artificial intelligence to analyse screenshots and provide explanations, insights, and suggestions. The App is designed for informational and educational purposes.

Important Disclaimer: The App provides AI-generated suggestions for informational purposes only. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. The App does not provide professional technical support, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of professional advice.

2. AI-Generated Content

All analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information
You should not rely solely on the App's output for important decisions
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content
You use AI-generated results entirely at your own risk
The AI may occasionally produce inappropriate, incorrect, or nonsensical responses

3. Accounts

You may use the App without creating an account (limited to 3 free analyses)
You can create an account using email, Google, Facebook, or Apple Sign In
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier:

3 screenshot analyses per device
Basic analysis results (summary, meaning, likely cause)

Premium Subscription:

Available as Monthly or Yearly subscription
Includes unlimited analyses (subject to fair use limits: 20 per day, 500 per month)
Full analysis with detailed steps, insights, and recommendations
Screenshot history (opt-in)

Subscription Terms:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
Refund requests must be made through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
No refunds will be issued based on the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content. The App clearly states that AI results are not guaranteed and are for informational purposes only
We do not control Apple's refund decisions

6. Fair Use and Usage Limits

Premium subscribers are limited to 20 analyses per day and 500 per month
These limits exist to maintain service quality and prevent abuse
We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice
Automated or bulk usage of the App is prohibited

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload screenshots containing illegal content
Use the App to process content that violates any applicable law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI prompts or logic
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
Share your account credentials with others
Resell or redistribute the App's analysis results commercially
Upload screenshots of other people's private or sensitive information without their consent

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of any screenshots you upload
By uploading a screenshot, you grant us a limited licence to process it through our AI service for the sole purpose of providing you with an analysis
Screenshots are not stored unless you explicitly choose to save them
You can delete saved screenshots at any time from your history
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any screenshot you submit

9. Sensitive Information

Warning: Do not upload screenshots containing:

Passwords or login credentials
Financial information (bank details, card numbers)
Medical records or health information
Government-issued identification
Other people's personal or private information

We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your decision to upload sensitive information.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Winners Media Limited
AI-generated analysis results are provided to you for personal use
You may not claim AI-generated results as professional advice from Winners Media Limited

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
The App depends on third-party AI services which may experience downtime
We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service unavailability

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Winners Media Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated content
We are not liable for data loss resulting from your use of the App

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Winners Media Limited from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms
Upon termination, your saved data will be deleted within 30 days
Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
